Both. Spence Counseling Alliance works with women, men, and teens, offering both individual therapy and life coaching depending on what fits your situation best.

Therapy is licensed clinical treatment for mental health concerns. Coaching is a non-clinical, forward focused partnership for women navigating midlife transitions, identity shifts, and burnout who want a structured space to move forward, not a diagnosis. Lois offers both, and can help you figure out which one fits what you're dealing with.

Both. Sessions are available via telehealth or in person at the Issaquah office, depending on what works best for you.
