My Background
I was born in the UK and moved to the US as a child, eventually making my way from the Washington DC area in 2005 to the Pacific Northwest where I raised my three adult children. I am familiar with the challenges of raising children and have a special interest in working with adolescent girls as they navigate complex issues that arise. Having an outside perspective, a safe place for teens to vent and receive guidance lends itself to improved family communication and resilient, content teens. I am here to support them as they discover their strengths, areas for improvement and grow into the best versions of themselves.
My own experience with divorce after a long term marriage, mid life career change and empty nester stage has provided me insight into the uncertainty and fear that occurs alongside these moments. I can help you find your joy, purpose and encourage your transformation. We can work on a roadmap together that will lead you down a path to a fulfilling life.
In my free time I love being active in nature, attending live music, traveling, spending time with my partner, friends and family and consuming large amounts of coffee!
