I use a variety of therapeutic techniques through a Person Centered approach and draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness and Movement Therapy to guide our time together. 

I am passionate about empowering clients to find their authentic voice and to create boundaries that protect their peace.
